For any variant it returns a regulatory-activity score, the mechanism it breaks (which motif, which base) and a calibrated confidence flag, promoting a variant only when independent lines of evidence agree. Delivered as an MCP tool for Claude with analyses run in Claude Science; beachhead is H3 K27M diffuse midline glioma. One of 299 projects submitted.
